The role we need for Chloe is just an ordinary young girl who is in her early teens. We chose this age as we thought that it fits within the basic demographics of a Online Grooming film. The fact that a young vulnerable girl is easily talking over the internet to an older man clearly implies to the audience a concern with having social networking sites and having easy access to talking to people you don't know.
Scott
In our film we didn't mind who we had play our male lead as you don't see his face anywhere throughout the film. The only thing we need to do when finding an actor for this role is to make sure he fitted the accurate representation of how we wanted him to be portrayed to the audience. We only want certain shots from Scott which will be mainly over the shoulder and POV seeing as we won't see his face in the film. Throughout this short film we want to imply to the audience how easy it was for Scott to search for Chloe over the internet and start talking to her.
